Equip the property with a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors.
Ensure locks on all doors and windows function properly.
Provide contact information for emergency services.

3. Cleaning and Maintenance

Included

Ensure thorough cleaning of al rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.
Check all lights and electrical appliances are in working order.
Replace HVAC air filters monthly.
Verify heating and air conditioning units are operational.
Inspect for any damages and make necessary repairs.
24hr guest care.

4. Amenities and Supplies

Included

Provide enough bed linens, towels, and blankets for all guests.
Stock the kitchen with essential cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware.
Offer complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms.
